Conference

CE Sailing School
This year's conference theme was inspired by the picturesque waterfront of "America's Sailing Capital," Annapolis, Maryland.
The conference will have three areas of concentration keeping with this theme:
Lookouts
Lookouts are the sailors positioned in the "crows nest" atop the highest point on a ships mast. These sessions will focus on the future of Continuing Education. Presenters will focus on how continuing education professionals can be better prepared to meet a dynamic and often uncertain future.
ATONs (Aids to Navigation)
Lighthouses, buoys and other ATONs have historically helped to safely guide sailors through difficult waters. These sessions and speakers will serve as the ATONs to help continuing education professionals navigate the best channels for new program ideas and best practices.
Lifelines
Lifelines are perhaps the most important piece of equipment on a vessel--often overlooked until it is desperately needed. These sessions and speakers will help us stay prepared for crises that will hopefully never come, and to reinforce those practices and ideas that keep us from sinking when the waters get choppy.
